When a business grows up, the space needs to level up with it.

Salon Bambino’s new Woodbury location gave us the opportunity to design a brighter, more refined salon while keeping the friendly energy that built the brand.

After years of growth, Salon Bambino was ready to move beyond its original location and into a larger space that better reflected the brand’s evolving identity.

Working closely with the owner, we transformed a nearly 3,000-square-foot suite into a bright, modern salon designed to support both staff efficiency and a welcoming guest experience.

We organized the layout to separate children’s and adult styling areas, allowing each space to maintain its own atmosphere while keeping circulation simple for staff and clients. Expanded washing and drying stations improve workflow, while a refreshed reception area and dedicated staff break space support day-to-day operations.

The suite’s wedge-shaped footprint and limited natural light presented design challenges. We addressed those constraints through strategic lighting, color, and spatial planning, creating an environment that feels open, vibrant, and energetic.

The finished salon reflects the personality of the brand while giving Salon Bambino the room it needs to continue growing.
