In this project, Momentum Design Group led a cohesive adaptive reuse of an 11,000 sq ft office warehouse into a high-performance body repair shop. With creativity, technical rigor, and an unwavering focus on detailing, our team delivered:

• Full interior modernization, including the installation of new plumbing infrastructure and custom-engineered paint booths.

• Transformed office and entry zone, designed to support operational flow and present a welcoming, professional façade.

• Exterior refresh, giving the building renewed curb presence while preserving its industrial character.

• Open-bay layout, exposing and showcasing a unique structural roofing system as a key architectural statement inside the workspace.

By listening closely, collaborating with the owner and contractors, and thoughtfully responding to the building’s inherent qualities, we turned a utilitarian shell into a brand-new, performance-driven facility that works beautifully today—and adapts for tomorrow.
