Strategically positioned along Lake Street in Wayzata, MN, this premier office building is a key component of a multi-year, collaborative development effort with the city and adjacent property owners. Designed to seamlessly integrate into the fabric of the community, the project enhances the downtown district with a dynamic view of the lake, all while preserving the city’s cherished walkability and small-town charm.

The building’s architecture thoughtfully responds to its surroundings, following the gentle curve of the road and stepping back at the upper levels to create a human-scaled streetscape. Clad in striking white stone with contrasting black glazing, it establishes a strong yet elegant presence—serving as a visual anchor at the downtown terminus of Lake Street.

Completed in 2021, this meticulously designed spec office building was fully leased within months of opening, a testament to its prime location, sophisticated design, and seamless integration into the evolving urban landscape of Wayzata.
