Momentum Design Group is excited to announce the addition of its newest partner, Jesse E. Hamer. Jesse is a licensed Architect with LEED accreditation and more than a decade of project design and management experience. His experience covers a variety of project types including multi-family residential, commercial, office, and hospitality. Jesse started at Momentum Design Group on November 14,
New asphalt and striping installed. The interior is almost complete and they are getting ready to move in.
The project looks much different from the last update. Currently the interior is 95% complete with painting and carpeting to be completed this week. The exterior has been landscaped and all sidewalks and ramps have been poured. The asphalt parking lot will be installed later this week.
We are about half way through construction. The weather has not been as much of a factor as we initially anticipated which is keeping us on schedule. The exterior walls will be going up next week so the next couple of weeks will be exciting for the owner
