The Meadows Senior Living offers a full range of independent living, assisted living, and memory care services catering to the needs of seniors at all levels of care. The facility offers a full spectrum of amenities ranging from convenient pet wash to old-world-inspired pub room and a comfortable movie theater, as well as more traditional amenities such as exercise rooms and beauty salons. The design offers a broad range of opportunities to create community among residents.

Special attention was given to the numerous spaces that bridge indoor and outdoor environments. The large formal dining room with overhead arched beams and windows brings in light and view through the dining room and into the adjacent lounge. Roof decks on both the second and third floors create inviting semi-private outdoor spaces with wood trellis details and a green roof. Smaller scale spaces, like the indoor porches in the memory care wings, provide that connection to nature while maintaining the safety and comfort of an indoor space.

A second phase of the project is currently being designed, and will expand the facility with 72 additional independent senior living apartments and associated underground parking. This new expansion will connect to the amenities of the original building via a second story skyway, while adding some new amenities of its own, promoting a fully blended integration with the existing community.
