The Grove
Located near a local university, this unique project offers a more affordable option for those aspiring to live in this vibrant community. The 118-unit building offers walkout style apartments as well as commercial retail space. Amenities include large and small rooftop patios, a fitness center, community room, and even a pet spa!
The high water table and several key environmental issues were some of the obstacles that the design team encountered during the planning of this building. Negotiations with adjacent property owners resulted in shared parking agreements to allow for community parking on the first floor.
