The Crossings at Inverwoods - Townhomes

A wooded setting calls for homes that feel connected to the landscape.

At the Crossings at Inverwoods, we designed a townhome neighborhood that brings natural light, quiet streets, and shared outdoor spaces together into a comfortable residential community.

At the Crossings at Inverwoods, the client wanted to create townhomes that felt connected to the surrounding wooded landscape while offering homes suited to a wide range of residents.

We organized the neighborhood around a series of two-story townhome rows designed to feel approachable and residential in scale. End-cap units introduce variation along the streetscape, helping break down the overall massing while adding architectural character throughout the development.

Each home features a multi-story layout with a private two-car garage and floor plans ranging from one to three bedrooms. We carefully placed windows and articulated the façades to bring natural light deep into the homes while maintaining a visual connection to the wooded surroundings.

Shared amenities—including a pool, pool house, playground, and walking paths—create opportunities for neighbors to gather while still preserving the quiet character of the setting.

The result is a neighborhood that balances privacy, community, and connection to nature.
