Applewood Pointe of Eden Prairie

Great communities don’t just happen—they’re designed that way.

At Applewood Pointe of Eden Prairie, we helped create a cooperative living community where active seniors can stay connected, pursue hobbies, and feel proud of the place they call home.

Applewood Pointe of Eden Prairie was designed as a cooperative living community for active seniors seeking a maintenance-free lifestyle. The client’s goal was to create a place that felt both refined and welcoming—somewhere residents could feel proud to call home.

We focused on designing residences and shared spaces that support independence while encouraging community connection. Durable materials, intuitive layouts, and carefully planned circulation help ensure the building remains comfortable and functional for years to come.

Community life is at the center of the design. Residents have access to a wide range of shared spaces, including a woodworking shop, art studio, fitness center, sunroom, and club room with kitchen and billiards area.

Each space supports a different rhythm of daily life—whether residents are gathering with neighbors, pursuing hobbies, or simply enjoying a quiet moment.

The result is a cooperative community that supports an active lifestyle while creating opportunities for residents to connect with one another.
