We are about half way through construction.  The weather has not been as much of a factor as we initially anticipated which is keeping us on schedule.  The exterior walls will be going up next week so the next couple of weeks will be exciting for the owner seeing the building take shape.  In the next week we should also see the methane mitigation system installed, plumbing lines and concrete on the second floor.
