Marketplace and Main - Townhomes
Completed in 2013, this project includes 55 dwelling units and 6,000 SF of retail on the street level. Amenities and common areas are housed at the rear of the site. MDG was responsible for converting the initial condominium concept into market- rate, rental housing through design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
