For Bridgewater Bank’s new Saint Paul office and branch locations, we designed two distinct spaces that reinforce the brand while making customers and staff feel equally at home.

Bridgewater Bank asked us to design two new spaces within the Osborn 370 building: a corporate office on the 15th floor and a street-level branch that would strengthen the bank’s presence in downtown Saint Paul.

Working within an existing building meant carefully coordinating the new layouts with elevators, stair cores, and shared infrastructure. We developed plans that integrate seamlessly with these constraints while supporting both customer interaction and staff productivity.

Natural light became a guiding principle for the design. We organized the spaces to pull daylight deep into the floorplate, creating bright and welcoming environments for both employees and visitors.

Throughout the interiors, carefully selected materials and custom details reinforce the Bridgewater brand. Distinctive entry doors, refined finishes, and thoughtfully designed workspaces create a professional atmosphere that reflects the bank’s hospitality-driven approach to customer service.
