Jesse leads project teams to conceptualize, develop, document, and administer design projects that respond to the specific and unique needs of each client. 

He has a wide range of experience, including commercial, office, municipal, senior housing, and adaptive reuse work with a deep knowledge of multi-family residential projects in urban and suburban environments.

As the director of MDG’s design studio, Jesse works with the team to manage the resourcing needs of the firm’s projects and develop and evolve the firm’s best practices and standards. He is energized each day by the opportunity to mentor design professionals as they develop skills, experience, and confidence.

Jesse lives and works with his sister, Sarah, who is the firm’s office manager. Sarah is one of Jesse’s three sisters and one brother. He claims to have a dog named Harold, but Harold is really only loyal to Sarah.

Jesse is an avid reader and writer of fantasy and science fiction, and he enjoys building in both this world and the worlds in his imagination.
